We are able to act and deal with disputes over land whether it be in defending a claim or taking a claim. We are at present acting for a local council in defending a claim for adverse possession of a piece of ground maybe not greatly important in itself but the piece of ground is part of a field belonging to the council which we have been able to get into contract for sale but it is dependent on the claim being successfully defended. The total value of the sale is over £1.5m. This is the sort of dispute we deal with.
